1. The agreement and your business
You must be at least 18 and authorised to purchase for your business. The accepted checkout details, selected plan and any expressly agreed written scope form part of this agreement. Our Privacy Policy explains how we handle personal information. Marketing consent is separate from accepting these terms.
2. What your plan includes
- AI Text Follow-Up: AI texting, CRM and the configured lead follow-up and booking functions. Communications and AI usage are client-funded.
- AI Appointment Setter: AI calling and texting, CRM, calendar booking and database follow-up. Includes one initial Facebook and Instagram campaign setup for one primary market and one buyer or seller offer using DRB campaign templates.
- AI Growth System: Appointment Setter features plus one branded website or one specialty funnel, one tailored AI assistant and monthly campaign reviews.
Appointment Setter and Growth include a manually applied $20 monthly usage credit in the billing currency. Additional usage is paid separately by the client. A campaign review is not a guarantee of ongoing creative production, unlimited changes or performance. Additional markets, campaigns, websites, assistants or work outside the selected scope require a separate written agreement.
3. Prices, setup and separate costs
Canada-based businesses should select Canadian checkout (CAD); United States-based businesses should select U.S. checkout (USD). Confirm the currency and amount at checkout. Your bank may impose conversion or other fees. Applicable taxes, if any, are shown at checkout.
Advertising spend is separate from DRB’s fees. Campaign setup does not include the advertising budget. You approve and fund your platform budget. Phone, SMS, AI and other metered charges beyond included credit are separate. Provider rates and availability can change; any wallet reload or automatic recharge must follow the settings and authorisations agreed for your account.
4. Six-month initial term and monthly renewal
After the initial six months, your subscription renews month-to-month until cancelled. You authorise the recurring charges disclosed at checkout. No additional early-exit penalty is added, but an early cancellation request does not remove the agreed monthly payment obligation through the initial term, except where applicable law requires otherwise or we agree in writing.
Review the monthly charge, one-time setup fee and initial six-month term before paying. Contact us if any part of your order is unclear.
5. How to cancel and the refund policy
Setup fees and subscription payments are non-refundable, except where required by applicable law or expressly agreed in writing. Cancellation does not normally create a prorated refund or refund for unused credits. Statutory cancellation, refund and other rights are not excluded. Charges made in error should be reported promptly so we can investigate and correct them.
6. Onboarding and launch timing
This is a typical estimate, not a guaranteed deadline. Your availability, complete access, carrier registration, campaign approvals, custom requirements and provider issues may affect timing. Contact us promptly about delays. Subscription billing begins as disclosed at purchase; a different start arrangement must be agreed in writing.
7. AI limitations and results
We do not guarantee lead volume, cost per lead, appointment numbers, attendance, closings, commissions, profit or return on advertising spend. Case studies describe individual historical results and are not promises of similar results. Public demos may use simulated conversations and sample leads. Outcomes depend on your market, budget, offer, data quality, follow-up, availability and sales process. Advertising and business activity involve risk.
8. Lawful leads, consent and acceptable use
You must not use the service for deceptive communications, unlawful discrimination, harassment, fraud, unsolicited outreach contrary to applicable law, impersonation or unauthorised use of another person’s data. Do not use the AI to make housing eligibility, credit or similarly significant decisions about individuals. Applicable requirements may include Canadian anti-spam, privacy and telemarketing rules and U.S. TCPA, do-not-call, privacy and messaging rules.
We will perform our own applicable obligations and implement the controls agreed for the service. Your responsibilities do not excuse our own legal duties. We may pause an affected campaign or service to investigate suspected misuse or protect recipients and systems.
9. Client data and processing instructions
For client lead data, we act on your documented service instructions, use reasonable safeguards and authorised providers, and assist with relevant privacy requests and incidents. Processing may take place outside Canada as described in our Privacy Policy. Additional processing instructions or data requirements should be agreed in writing before upload. We will not use your identifiable client leads or conversations as public testimonials without appropriate permission.
10. Accounts, ownership and export
You retain ownership of materials you provide. DRB and its licensors retain rights in pre-existing templates, systems, methods and platform components. Your selected plan grants the rights needed to use the delivered services during the subscription. Ownership, transfer and portability of custom website or funnel deliverables beyond this service should be confirmed in the written scope; third-party platform and licence restrictions may apply.
Before service ends, request an available export of your client records. We normally allow up to 90 days for agreed export and account closure, unless earlier deletion is requested and lawful. We do not promise that every workflow, AI configuration or platform feature can be transferred. Records needed for billing, consent, suppression, security or legal obligations may remain under the Privacy Policy.
11. Providers, availability and suspension
We may suspend affected access for unpaid fees, a material breach, security risks or provider restrictions. Where appropriate, we will notify you and give a reasonable opportunity to resolve the issue. Suspension does not remove amounts lawfully owed, and does not limit remedies you have under applicable law for our failure to perform.
12. Liability and responsibility for claims
These provisions do not exclude liability that cannot lawfully be excluded, or liability for fraud, wilful misconduct or gross negligence. They do not waive applicable statutory rights. Liability provisions are subject to the facts, applicable law and any additional written agreement.
You are responsible for third-party claims caused by your unlawful instructions, unauthorised data or content, or material misuse of the service, to the extent attributable to you. This does not shift liability to you for our own wrongful conduct.
13. Changes, governing law and contact
Ontario law and applicable Canadian federal law govern this agreement, subject to mandatory rights and jurisdiction rules that apply to your location. Please contact us first so we can try to resolve a concern. These terms do not require private arbitration or waive rights that cannot lawfully be waived. If a provision is unenforceable, the remaining provisions continue to apply to the extent permitted by law.
