Your information, explained. We use data to deliver the service, support you and honour your choices. We do not sell personal information. Contact us with privacy requests.

1. Who we are and what this covers

Digital Realtor Blueprint (DRB) provides real estate marketing, CRM, AI calling and texting, and appointment-booking services. This policy covers our AI offer website, live demos, enquiries, purchases, onboarding and support. Our office is at 55 Village Centre Place, Suite 200, Mississauga, Ontario L4Z 1V9, Canada. Contact our privacy team at [email protected] or 1-833-736-0594.

When we handle a realtor client’s lead database on that client’s instructions, that client remains responsible for its own privacy notices and lawful collection. Requests about a client’s leads should normally be directed to that realtor. We assist with requests concerning information we process for them.

2. Information we collect

  • Contact and business details: your name, email, phone number, business name, market, and information you provide in forms or onboarding.
  • Conversations: chat messages, call audio where recording is enabled, transcripts, appointment details and communication preferences.
  • Account and transactions: plan selection, account identifiers, subscription status, invoices, payment confirmations and limited payment details provided by our payment processor.
  • Technical information: IP address, browser and device information, page interactions, cookies and service logs collected by the website and its providers.
  • Client-provided information: lead contact details, enquiry history and other CRM information needed to deliver the agreed service.

Do not enter sensitive financial, health, identity-document or other unnecessary personal information into the public demo. Use sample details where possible. Payment card information is handled by our payment processor rather than entered into the demo.

3. How and why we use information

We use information to respond to enquiries; run the demo; deliver and support your selected plan; schedule appointments; configure campaigns and integrations; process payments; maintain service security; honour opt-outs; and meet legal obligations. Conversation records may be reviewed to troubleshoot and improve the service and its configured prompts. We send promotional communications only where we have an applicable consent or other lawful basis.

We do not treat submitting a phone number, trying the demo, or accepting our service terms as blanket permission for unrelated marketing.

4. Julie AI, recordings and transcripts

Julie AI is an automated assistant, not a human realtor. Audio and messages may be processed by our CRM, communications and AI service providers to generate responses, create transcripts and perform the requested booking or follow-up. Where recording is enabled, we provide an appropriate recording notice and obtain consent where required. You may ask for a non-recorded or non-AI contact option by emailing us.

AI can make mistakes. Avoid providing information that is not needed for the conversation. We do not use the public demo to make decisions about eligibility for housing, credit or other similarly significant matters.

5. Who receives information

We disclose information as reasonably needed to service providers that operate our CRM, website hosting, communications, AI processing, scheduling, payments and business support. These include HighLevel/LeadConnector and Stripe where used, together with the providers supporting those services. Information used for an agreed Facebook or Instagram campaign may also be processed by Meta under its applicable terms.

Providers receive information needed for their function, subject to applicable arrangements. We may also disclose information to professional advisers, to meet a lawful request, to protect rights and security, or in a business transfer with appropriate safeguards.

We do not sell personal information. Mobile information, SMS opt-in data and consent are not shared with third parties or affiliates for their own marketing or promotional purposes. Necessary disclosures to messaging providers that deliver the authorised service are different from sharing data for their own marketing.

6. Processing outside Canada

Our providers may process or store information in the United States or other countries. Information processed abroad may be subject to the laws and lawful access requirements of those countries. We remain responsible for the information under our control and use reasonable contractual and operational safeguards when selecting and managing providers. We do not promise that all information stays in Canada.

7. Cookies and website services

Our website and embedded services may use cookies, local storage and similar technologies for essential functionality, preferences, security and service measurement. Embedded maps, videos, chat and payment services may receive technical information when loaded or used. You can manage cookies through your browser; disabling them may affect functionality.

If we add optional advertising or analytics tools, we will update relevant disclosures and implement consent controls where required. We do not represent that every embedded provider is cookie-free.

8. Retention and deletion

We retain information only while it is reasonably needed for its stated purpose or an applicable legal obligation. Our standard review schedule is:
InformationStandard review target
Call recordingsReview for deletion after 90 days.
Public demo chat and transcriptsReview for deletion after 12 months.
Inactive DRB sales enquiriesReview after 24 months without a meaningful interaction.
Client CRM dataWhile service is active, then normally up to 90 days for agreed export and account closure, subject to client instructions.
Billing and business recordsNormally up to 7 years, or the period required by applicable tax and record-keeping rules.
Consent and opt-out recordsAs reasonably needed to demonstrate lawful communications and continue honouring preferences.

These are periodic review targets, not a promise that every provider automatically deletes every copy on an exact date. We may retain relevant records longer for a dispute, security investigation, legal hold or other lawful requirement. Minimal suppression records may be kept after an opt-out so we do not contact you again. Provider backups are removed through their applicable backup cycles and may not disappear immediately.

9. Your choices and privacy requests

Email [email protected] to request access, correction, deletion or information about our practices, or to withdraw consent where processing relies on consent. We may verify your identity and explain lawful limits to a request. Withdrawal does not affect processing already lawfully completed and may limit services requiring that information.

You can unsubscribe from promotional emails using their unsubscribe link and reply STOP to opted-in SMS messages. For SMS assistance, reply HELP or contact us. Message frequency varies and message and data rates may apply. Marketing consent is optional and is not a condition of purchase. Essential service communications and required business records may continue where permitted.

Depending on your location, additional privacy rights may apply. We will assess requests under applicable law and respond within the applicable time limits. You may raise unresolved Canadian privacy concerns with the relevant privacy commissioner.

10. Security, children and updates

We use reasonable administrative, technical and organisational safeguards appropriate to the information and service. No internet service can guarantee absolute security. Notify us promptly if you suspect unauthorised account access.

This business service is intended for adults and is not directed to children. If you believe a child has supplied personal information, contact us so we can investigate.

We will publish material policy updates here with an updated date and provide additional notice or obtain new consent where required. Contact our privacy team with questions or complaints.
